INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cucumber – slice longways
- 1/2 can of tuna
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 avocado
- garlic (mashed)
- coriander
- pepper
METHOD:
- Half and then slice cucumber lengthwise down the middle. Scoop out cucumber centre, removing the seeds – put on a plate
- Drain the tuna and add to bowl. Mash avocado and and to the bowl with the diced onion
- Add pepper, garlic and coriander to tuna bowl
- Spoon tuna mixture on top of the cucumber
