Don’t eat too much of these, as the dried dates are high in natural sugars, and the nuts are high in calories. But as a small, occasional treat they’re great to have.
- Dates (any kind e.g. Medjool) x 5
- Nuts e.g. Pecans, Brazil, Cashew, Walnuts, etc – take a handful. (Remember Peanuts are not allowed, since they are not paleo.)
