I’ve always been a fitness fanatic, going to the gym 5-6 times a week. While I was fit I wasn’t as lean as I wanted to be, and often had low energy levels. Some of the people at my gym have been following the paleo diet and the effect was very noticeable – they looked ripped and their workout times were impressive.
One year after starting the paleo diet I’ve cut my body fat – I’m leaner, fitter and stronger than ever. I’m eating clean and feeling great!
